Housing association appoints three to leadership roles

Genesis Housing Association has appointed three staff members to senior roles.

Elizabeth Froude is the new deputy chief executive, but will continue her current role as executive director of resources.

Elizabeth will now spearhead operational housing management functions across Genesis’ portfolio, while still being responsible for IT, corporate planning and performance, procurement and finance.

Elizabeth joined Genesis five years ago following six years at Radian Group.

Current acting regeneration director Jeremy Stibbe has been appointed executive director, assets and investments.

Jeremy will manage Genesis’ plans to deliver 5,000 new homes during the 2015-2020 corporate strategy.

He has 30 years of experience in property, regeneration and commercial having previously working at Peabody, L&Q and Network Homes.

Former head of service improvement Dr Karin Stockerl has taken up the new role of property portfolio director.

Karin will review Genesis’ diverse property assets, ensuring that they comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Karin has held various roles in the private and housing sectors and carried out academic research on housing.

Neil Hadden, chief executive of Genesis Housing Association, said: “I’m delighted that we have been able to tap into the rich and varied experience already held within Genesis in appointing … these key new roles.

“Elizabeth, Jeremy and Karin have already delivered great things in their time at Genesis and their expertise, energy and commitment to driving forward our ambitious plans for the future shone through at every stage.

“I wish them every success in their new roles.”
